Joining our Digital Transformation Team, we are starting the search for an experienced SAP Success Factors Consultant , to be in charge of Employee Central .
The selected candidate will collaborate in key projects with crossfunctional teams and act as a first point of contact for SSFF related incidents and service requests.
Key tasks: Review and prioritize incidents reported by HR employees, ensuring timely identification and resolution of system issues.
Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure prompt and effective solutions to reported incidents.
Maintain contact with the software manufacturer (SAP) to be up to date on product updates and issues resolutions.
Manage relationships with external vendors to maintain accountability and ensure incidents and service requests are resolved efficiently.
Ensures timely execution of projects with quality considerations.
Provide training and support to end-users to maximize adoption and correct usage of system features.
Maintain comprehensive records of configurations, changes, and issue resolutions for auditing and knowledge sharing.
Keep certifications updated We are looking for a professional with at least 3 years of experience with HR Applications (Success Factors - Employee Central, Compensation and Payroll), Programs and Projects.
Bachelor's degree in HR, IT or related field.
As well as: Technical understanding of relevant application (Success Factors) including configuration, customization, administration, interfaces, etc.
Experience in delivering solutions with near and offshore services.
Strong understanding of customer engagement strategies and best practices.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Resilient, committed, proactive and problem solver oriented.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Good understanding of both written and spoken English.
