THE OPPORTUNITY A multi-disciplinary architectural and design-build firm seeks an experienced Engineer (P.Eng) or EIT to join their team. They handle a wide variety of projects and prefer collaborative employees willing to work in their office. You must be proficient in Revit and have varied project experience including community centers, schools, and government offices. A hybrid work-from-home option will be available after 6 months for the right person.

WHAT THEY NEED Engineering degree from an accredited university; at least 5+ years post-graduate experience; strong preference for candidates with solid OBC and Revit skills accustomed to dealing with multiple AHJs; with 4+ years working for another established Ontario architectural or engineering firm.Strong in both Revit & AutoCAD with a track record of leading or working with a team of architects, interns & technologists across all stages of projects: programming, schematic design, design development, construction documents & contract administration.Varied project experience; a portfolio of mid-sized projects including schools, corporate offices, low to mid-rise residential, community centers, & industrial projects demonstrating attention to detail including floor plans, section details, roof, slab on grade, air vapor barriers with good section details.Experienced in juggling multiple projects; mentoring others, overseeing production drawings, being front-facing with the client and focused on value-engineering.Software: Revit (3+ years on-the-job use), AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Photoshop; Microsoft PM or other PM software is a big plus.Car with a valid G driver's license; willingness to commute to job sites as required and lives in the east GTA area.
