At Johnson & Johnson, we all belong.Key Responsibilities Daily operation of CNC lathe equipment for insert productionConducting insert inspections and measurements for quality acceptancePartnering with scientific and engineering disciplines in the development of new insert designsParticipates in solving problems and resolving equipment, systems, and process problems to prevent the occurrence of insert non-conformitiesDepartmental administrative and safety functions as advised by supervisorAdheres to environmental policy, procedures, and supports department environmental objectivesEngages in Credo-based decision-makingPeriodic maintenance of lathe equipmentSupports installation or modification of equipmentSupports process and equipment troubleshootingDocumentation and administrative dutiesPerform other related duties as assigned by managementQualifications Education High School diploma or equivalent experience is required
