The Strategic Partnerships Publisher Team is responsible for the actions to drive traffic to Exoticca and revenue through third-party channels. You will help us scale revenue, customer acquisition, brand awareness, and increase margins. Our team collaborates with other departments such as Data, Travel Product, or Sales, to uncover the most valuable opportunities and convert them into actual revenue generation collaborations.
Responsibilities:Negotiate rates and planning with different partnersCoordinate with various teams to outperform targetsCreate and monitor the department budgetSeek and identify opportunities in all Exoticca marketsManage and improve interdepartmental communicationsMaintain updated communication tools for internal stakeholdersOptimize performance with each Partner by monitoring results and proposing changes and improvementsIdentify opportunities to maximize the performance of each PartnerMaintain constant communication with different departments such as Travel Product to coordinate actionsMaintain constant communications with Partners to improve results of each actionAlways seek the best practices and work towards the interest of ExoticcaRepresent Exoticca in relevant meetings and trade showsMinimum Requirements:+7 years of experience in account management (Tourism environment and Travel Agencies is a plus)Experience in building profitable long-term collaborationsAnalytical thinkingNegotiation, commercial, and marketing skills are a mustMust be self-motivated, organized, proactive, team player, hands-on, and results-drivenGood knowledge of Microsoft Office packageFluent in speaking and writing in English and Spanish (other languages are a plus)Benefits:Competitive compensation package in line with job responsibilities and experienceFlexible compensation on transportation and food with CobeeFlexible working schedule and remote work on a regular basis.
