As Listings Manager you will oversee the Listings team in Zona Alta to reach success by achieving sales & listings goals.
In this role, you will define the best commercial strategies to ensure the right Lucas Fox product is listed in our portfolio, fulfilling market requirements and gaining market share within areas of interest.
You will also support and mentor the team to achieve high levels of performance and business goals.

Main responsibilities Develop the listing strategy in LF Zona Alta together with the commercial leadership team.
Setup performance goals for the team and track results, activity, and efficiency.
Ensure all business goals and targets are fulfilled with expected frequency.
Devise strategies to gain market share in key areas of interest for Lucas Fox, working together with commercial leadership and marketing to attract sellers and actively promote services and properties.
Manage all members of the team and mentor, train, and coach agents to develop at an individual level and achieve positive results.
Be a point of contact for owner escalations, complaints, and focus on issue resolution while maintaining maximum levels of customer service and successfully representing the brand.
Assist listing agents with the listing process and get actively involved whenever complications may occur that could affect the completion of a listing process.
Be an active participant in the deal closure and offer management.
Assist the HR department in the hiring process of commercial agents and provide requirements and feedback for the efficiency of the recruitment process.
Be a role model for the team and implement best practices to upskill the agents, enabling growth at both business and organizational levels.
Stay informed on market and industry trends and advise on creative ideas to ensure business development.
Requirements Desired skills and expertise Previous experience in the real estate sector in Zona Alta for a minimum of 1 year.
Minimum 3 years of Team Management experience.
Proven experience in sales, at least 3 years.
Deep knowledge of the Zona Alta Real Estate Market (mid to high-end product).
Good analytical skills and a strategic mindset are a must.
Good knowledge of Real Estate legal and financial processes are desirable.
Excellent organizational skills and goal-oriented person
