We are looking for a Veeva Administrator / Support Specialist.Job DescriptionHandling all basic administrative functions and requests, including setting up and managing user profiles, permissions, and data.Own and coordinate requests received via Service Desk ticketing, escalating them if needed.Work with other members of the Veeva team to establish suitable processes to support and improve Veeva functionalities.User support and creation of documentation, including providing one-on-one support to users.Troubleshoot Veeva issues and identify problems related to Salesforce data or functionalities.Provide assistance in issues like minor layout adjustments (e.G., viewing fields or filters that are not visible to users).Application quality monitoring.Required ExperienceTechnology degree or similar.Certification in Veeva is a plus.Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Veeva CRM.Languages: English (professional level) and Spanish.Open to learning new tools and techniques.WHAT DO WE OFFERPermanent contract.Flexible Schedule.
