At Robert Walters Barcelona, we are looking for a People Manager for an international industrial company.About the role:The main responsibilities of this role include general and transversal functions such as:Ensure that all needs related to People are being met and are aligned with all business objectives.Support business leaders and regions in developing and optimizing organizational capabilities.Implement and efficiently administer the company's HR projects and initiatives.Manage and oversee the annual People budget to ensure optimal utilization of resources.And main responsibilities in the different people areas such as:People Operations:Oversee and enhance human resources management processes to ensure efficiency and alignment with organizational objectives.Ensure and optimize the compensation & benefits policies.Ensure compliance with labor policies, health & safety requirements and industry regulations.Act as point of contact for employment relations while monitoring adherence to internal policies and legal standards.Talent Management:Design and implement effective strategies to attract top talent.Collaborate with team leaders to identify talent needs, propose career plans and succession planning.Manage and optimize the global onboarding process to ensure effective integration of new joiners.Drive initiatives to enhance the human experience within the company by implementing strategic for performance, staffing, training and development.Culture, Engagement & Communication:Promote a positive organizational culture aligned with company values.Develop and implement engagement initiatives that promote employee satisfaction and well-being.Facilitate internal communication and ensure effective information flow at all levels of the organization.About you:Education: BSc/BA in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a relevant field; MSc/MA in human resources will be a plus.2-5 years' experience in a similar position in the industrial sector.Languages: English B2/C1 is a must; plus Catalan or Spanish.Other relevant requirements:Experienced and able to work across cultures to achieve optimal organizational talent performance.Knowledge of data analysis and reporting.Thorough knowledge of People management principles and best practices, able to become a business acumen partnered with attention to the human element.What do they offer?Permanent contract.30 calendar days of holidays per year (22 working days) + 3 extra days off + 1 extra day off for your birthday.Flexible & Hybrid Schedule.Commute bonus.Canteen bonus.Training plan.Other benefits.#J-18808-Ljbffr
