Please do not contact the recruiter directly.DESCRIPTION: Amazon Web Services (AWS) is rapidly expanding our remote sales function to drive growth across a set of AWS' Small and Medium Businesses.As an Account Executive at AWS, you will focus on new customer acquisition, utilizing solution-specific targeted campaigns to help grow consumption of current and net-new AWS services, and working with our channel partners to accelerate growth. In this full sales-cycle quota carrying role, you will use your sales and technical experience to work proactively with our customers to accelerate their journey to the cloud.In order to harness the innovation and scale of services AWS offers, you will leverage internal resources to engage with our customers to execute their strategic objectives and adapt to changing market trends.Do you look around corners for ways to engage and service customers? Come build the future with us.Key job responsibilitiesAs an Account Executive, you will:Meet or exceed revenue and goal targets in a defined territoryDevelop and execute against a territory sales plan that leads to the creation and maintenance of a robust sales pipeline, including opportunities in existing accounts as well as driving net new business in untapped customersEnsure customer satisfactionAnalyze metrics and data from your accounts to help evolve your strategyGrow and articulate compelling value propositions around AWS servicesAccelerate customer adoption through education and engagementCollaborate with partners to extend reach and drive adoptionAbout the teamOur Cloud Sales team helps businesses start their journey to the cloud, and advises AWS customers on how they can leverage AWS services to further enable their growth.
