.SEO and Web Specialist (Digital Marketing Specialist)As an SEO and Web Specialist, you'll be part of the Digital Marketing Operations team in Consumer Strategy and Marketing. You will focus your efforts on D2C (Direct to Consumer) Digital Marketing Operations working together with a team of campaign builders, traffic and media specialists, CRO manager, web specialists, and insights – as well as other D2C stakeholders who are based in Madrid and The Netherlands. Signify is one of the few companies in the world to achieve carbon neutrality and our next sustainability goals are even bolder: doubling our positive impact on the environment and society by 2025.What you'll do:Analysis and content audits on our D2C website: identifying any content issue or link that can affect our positioning in search engines.Performing KW research to create/update new pages to optimize our content and improve positioning in search engines.Optimizing content on our website to improve relevance, quality, and ensuring that we are following SEO best practices and the defined strategy by our KW research.Identifying link-building opportunities to create links towards our website from relevant and high-quality sites to improve authority and positioning.Revising SEO copies.Advocating for SEO best practices and adoption by core cross-functional teams, including content, front-end engineering, and creative teams.Driving continuous improvement on the website, eCommerce, and app based on learnings, insights, consumer data leading to better consumer engagement, conversion, and retention.Consulting solutions for major and minor development build items from an operations perspective.Project management (consult to PM, planning support, activities setup, and tracking).Working in a cross-functional environment, especially with IT development teams, design, and other digital marketing experts, and identifying experiments to test new strategies and opportunities for growth.Required Experience:3+ years in a business-oriented service organization.3+ years in a complex, fast-moving, and demanding environment.3+ years experience in SEO, experience with Google, Baidu, and Yandex search engines is desired.Experience working with tools like Semrush, Screamfrog, Oncrawl Search Console, and Brightedge.Experience managing CMS platforms like AEM is desired, as well as understanding the business value and context of the AEM platform, and bringing that value to the (end) customers and stakeholders
