The Director, Digital Marketing & Web Channel is one of those critical roles, that will provide leadership & guidance, setting strategy based on insights, that will maximize our spend and optimize our online media, while providing category-leading website experiences.Scope of the RoleDevelop integrated digital marketing & web channel strategies to capture & convert the growing demand for our expertise and services.Support and deliver against the overall brand & marketing strategies, across all digital and web channels, ensuring our web properties play a significant role in the success of our business.Directly manage the implementation of digital marketing plans, in collaboration with the Brand & Communications Team.Support the development and management of our brand presence and reputation across all our online media, web & social media channels, ensuring our digital presence reflects our overall brand presence.Set clear KPIs and define measures of success, reporting on results and providing recommendations for continuous improvement.Implement appropriate tracking to measure and analyze our online media spend and website performance.Monitor the shifting consumer online habits & preferences, the market trends, our competitive landscape, and customer feedback, to uncover consumer insights to inform strategic marketing direction and to increase marketing effectiveness.Develop and manage, in collaboration with IT, our Marketing Technology strategy and plan.Manage the digital marketing budget and deliver all projects/activities within agreed budgets and timelines
