The team links a multitude of departments, ensuring that programs are developed, scaled and executed to fuel our significant growth aspirations. The team is part of Global Demand Generation, working across different locations globally, and you will be based in the US, Munich or London. You will report to the VP of Global Marketing Programs.The RoleIn this role, you will be a key growth driver and enabler for our inside sales function, delivering campaigns and structured demand generation programmes to drive awareness, MQLs and ultimately pipeline within the SMB, Key and Strategic account segments. You will work closely with the Vice President of Global Inside Sales and his team in devising compelling programs and materials to support the Inside Sales team in both inbound and outbound demand generation efforts.The work you'll doDevelopment of the messaging framework / value proposition for the Inside Sales motionProduction of the full bill of materials to support program / campaign effortsManagement of monthly / quarterly campaign cycles across personas and industries in alignment with the broader GTM marketing programs strategyEnd to end Campaign management, overseeing & directing cross channel digital marketing effortsManagement of the Inside Sales webinar series, managing its end to end implementationSet up and leadership of monthly Inside Sales Pipeline Council Meetings including preparation and action follow upEnsure Inside Sales is part of Field Marketing efforts for all key and strategic accountsEnsure strong alignment & collaboration with the SDR team to ensure full understanding of the latest campaign messagingManagement of the Rightbound agency relationship and production of all supporting campaign playbooksThe qualifications you needEnglish: Native Speaker levelRelevant BA/BS degree is required5+ years of experience managing B2B marketing programs end to end. SaaS experience is a plusExperience in delivering scalable cross channel demand generation programs, designed for multi-region roll outAbility to brief and direct high quality campaign content & assets.
