Kemiex is an award-winning and fast-expanding start-up with customers in 70+ countries. We design tools that are transforming the trading of raw materials in human and animal nutrition as well as the health industry around the world. We're looking for a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented sales account executive who is committed to the success of Kemiex by meeting the needs of our customers. You will be responsible for growing our customer base, by implementing our sales strategy as a member of a highly dynamic and multinational team.
Tasks
Acquiring new customers and convincing them to join Kemiex (Full sales cycle). This you will do by:
Prospecting new leads and introducing our services to them;
Build a pipeline of customers in collaboration with other sales representatives globally;
Engaging with potential clients to position Kemiex solution via cold calls, client meetings, after-sales activities and attendance to world-wide events and fairs
Maintain a clear and predictable pipeline using Salesforce CRM.
Requirements
WHO YOU ARE
The ideal candidate is a true sales hunter with a minimum of 1.5 years of successful sales experience (managing the full sales cycle). You are comfortable generating leads and have exceptional skills in engaging with top managers and executives to close deals. You excel at understanding client needs and providing ideal solutions. Strong communication skills and a proven track record of exceeding goals are essential qualities for this role.

The Skills
Proficient in cold calling and proactive lead generation across various channels.
Experienced in consultative selling approaches (e.g., Value Selling, MEDDICC, BANT) and can clearly articulate Kemiex's value proposition.
Skilled at engaging with various stakeholders, including top managers and C-level executives.
A strong interest in contributing to the growth of an international company.
The Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree (depending on experience).
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the SaaS industry (with at least 1.5 years managing the full sales cycle).
Excellent written and verbal English + proficiency in either one of the following languages:
(German-speaking, French-speaking, Portuguese-speaking, Arabic-speaking, 1x Eastern European language-speaking, 1x South East Asian language-speaking), or a background in Financial Institutions.
Proficiency in systems such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Slack.
