The Revenue Operations team at Personio is a key strategic partner for our sales and customer growth leaders across strategy, analytics, operations, productivity and tools. We are looking for a (Senior) Revenue Operations & Strategy Manager to join our field operations team within RevOps, reporting to the RevOps Lead for DemandGen & Partnerships.

Your mission is to drive the overall productivity and effectiveness of the Sales Development and Partnerships functions. You will work in one of the most dynamic demand generation organisations in Europe, so we are looking for big thinkers who love solving big hairy problems.
Role Requirements: What you need to succeed You have 3-6 years experience in RevOps / sales operations or strategy consulting or equivalent experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS company

Front-line experience in go-to-market roles is a strong plus, ideally sales, partnerships or channel management

Execution focus - Instead of just advising, you like to own and drive things yourself. You don't rest until the rubber hits the road

Project Management - You know how to plan, manage and steer projects to ensure high quality deliverables and impact

Business analytics and visualization - You love data and enjoy building analyses and dashboards, using GSheets/Excel and Powerpoint. Advanced skills like SQL, Tableau, Python are a plus.

Demonstrated experience working, collaborating and communicating exceptionally well with multiple stakeholders and cross functional teams

B2B SaaS sales processes and tools: Knowledge of key SaaS metrics and experience with CRM software, i.e. Salesforce

Role Responsibilities: What you'll do Run and improve core ops processes - Capacity and quota planning, forecasting, performance tracking, lead lifecycle, business reviews, territory planning and much more

Deliver operational projects - Steer cross-functional teams to deliver strategic, organizational and operational projects designed to increase revenue, productivity and operational efficiency

Data analytics and business intelligence - Perform analyses, derive insights and define resulting actions for topic areas such as budget planning, partnerships strategies or lead gen activities.

Stakeholder Management - Work with and positively influence cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, People Operations and Customer Experience

Executive communication - Develop dashboards, presentations and documentation, to communicate results in a succinct, easy-to-understand manner, to all levels of the organization

Co-pilot the business - Always think two steps ahead to identify and deliver operational improvements that will enable us to continue scaling exponentially
