Basically, answering the question: "Why does this position exist?"Ensure that all assigned operations and production processes are completed on time and quality standard whilst ensuring that all systems are followed and targets are achieved in accordance with safe working practices in the injection molding area, assembly area, tooling area and maintenance area.Main accountabilities and tasks:Ensure that all assigned operations and processes (production, maintenance, die-casting) are completed on time and to a quality standard, while ensuring all systems are signed off and objectives are achieved in accordance with work practicesCo-definition of the directions of production processes and development of maintenance areas (Plant and mold maintenance and facility management), including investment activitiesControl the expenses of the operations, optimizing time and resourcesParticipate in annual budget creationManage the team workload and set directions, goals and tasks to be implemented, delegating powers and responsibilities.Lead projects, including automation and optimization projects (Lean, 5S, etc.)Ensure timely execution of the production plan in accordance with the schedule and quantitative and qualitative requirementsEnsure and develop the competences of the team, participate in the performance review, appraisal, grading, salary reviews and manage holidays of the teamAudit areas and processes and ensure that there are improvement actions and problem-solving tools in the area of production, maintenance and moldsEnsure reporting of non-compliance, failure and safety (including reporting accidents) and environment protection hazards to the manager or person responsible for health and safety and environmental protectionCooperation with external suppliers and internal clientWorkflow reporting / KPI and taking corrective actions when deviations occur.Ensure reporting of non-compliance, failures and safety (including reporting accidents) and environment protection hazards to the manager or person responsible for health and safety and environmental protectionDefinition of strategies and resolution of problems in the Management CommitteeOther tasks given by managerWork experience: Experience in similar position ideally in plastic injection industry or automotiveEducation: Level: Industrial Engineering.
