The adventure begins right here, with you, at SITA.ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAMWe are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Product Specialist to join our team and drive the success of our sustainability compliance software product. This role is ideal for a candidate with 3 to 5 years of experience in product management, with a strong knowledge of the aviation industry and its challenges.WHAT YOU'LL DOCollaborate with senior product managers to define and execute the product strategy and roadmap.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product improvement and innovation.Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders, including airlines, regulatory bodies, and internal teams.Work closely with the development team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features and enhancements.Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to inform data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with aviation and sustainability regulations, keeping up to date with the latest industry standards and guidelines.Provide product training and support to internal teams and customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.Assist in the preparation of product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and regulatory reports.ABOUT YOUR SKILLSMaster's degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.3 to 5 years of experience in product management, preferably within the aviation industry.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.Knowledge of aviation operations, aviation regulations, and sustainability practices.Passion for sustainability and a commitment to driving positive environmental change in the aviation industry.Certification in product management.Experience working in a global, multi-cultural environment.Financial and cost management knowledge and experience.WHAT WE OFFER:SITA's workplace is all about diversity, many different countries and cultures are represented in our workforce.
