The Role We're seeking a visionary Senior Product Manager to drive the evolution of Maiwork.
You'll be at the forefront of redefining how knowledge work is executed across industries, balancing technological innovation with user-centric design.
Key Responsibilities Lead the product strategy for Maiwork, aligning it with Maisa's vision and market demands.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and AI teams to develop and refine Maiwork's core features.
Conduct deep user research to understand the complex needs of knowledge workers across various industries.
Define and prioritize the product roadmap, focusing on features that maximize value for users and drive adoption.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to articulate Maiwork's unique value proposition and differentiate it in the market.
Analyze product metrics and user feedback to continuously improve the platform and inform data-driven decisions.
Manage the product backlog, write detailed product requirements, and coordinate with engineering for timely delivery.

Qualifications 5+ years of product management experience, with a track record of launching and scaling complex B2B and B2C2B SaaS products.
Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and integration systems.
Experience with products that integrate across multiple business systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, project management tools).
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Outstanding communication skills, able to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
Desired Skills Experience with products involving natural language processing or knowledge management.
Understanding of enterprise software sales cycles and customer success processes.
