This includes, among others, managing formula changes of our intumescent products, conducting and leading all aspects of annual audit testing, assisting in production troubleshooting and complaint investigations, and preparing and providing continued training internally.
Moreover, you will have the responsibility for the scale-up of new products from laboratory to factory as well as for the approval and certification of new factories.We encourage you to apply if your profile includes:University degree or equivalent experience in technical studies (e.g.
Chemistry or Engineering) or alternatively experience in coatings.Ability to work on multiple projects and sense of urgency.Ability to present and communicate effectively with stakeholders and upper management.Experience in root-cause investigations would be an advantage.Validated English skills both verbal as well as in written.Some travelling shall be encouraged mainly to Hempel production sites (a week every two-three months).Be part of an exciting work environment.We aim to be more than just a great place to work.
