Align on solutions that address these problem areas effectively.Data Definition: Define and analyze usage data to inform product decisions and strategies. Provide guidance on product scope and prioritize solutions.MoSCoW Drafting: Drive the creation of detailed MoSCoW drafts to prioritize product features and requirements.Coordination & Collaboration: Coordinate and collaborate with Application, Foundation, and other key stakeholders to align on milestones. Assist with scope questions to ensure clarity and alignment across teams.
