They are now looking to expand further in Europe and the US and dominate their market within their niche (valued at over USD 20 Billion and to reach over USD 26 Billion in the next 4 years!)They are looking for a top performing Senior Product Manager that will be responsible for:Managing the discovery process for all initiatives from the roadmap to delivery, including user research, market analysis, prioritization, ideation & iterations in collaboration with Designers and the Tech Team.Driving key initiatives to effectively attract and engage their target audience.Discovering new opportunities to improve the conversion of each acquisition channel and working to activate traffic across different funnels.Overseeing the integration of different brands and driving initiatives that effectively streamline this crucial aspect for the expansion of their business' platform.Enhancing user experience across different channels and touch points.Prioritizing product features and initiatives in the roadmap based on their business impact, their added value for the customer and associated tech effort.Defining and analysing KPIs to assess product success to inform future decisions.Collaborating with sales and marketing to ensure proper adoption of their product by customers and users.What you'll need to be successful:+ 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in a marketplace or e-commerce environment.Proven ability to develop successful products that meet customer needs.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.You are data-oriented, and every decision is data-driven and user-centric.You have strong written and oral communication skills.You are proficient in Figma & Jira.Language skills: Fluent in English AND French minimum.What's in it for you?Our client continues to invest in the future of their businesses where their success has been built on continued development and innovation to meet the changing needs of their customers.
