As a Senior Product Manager, your mission is to identify the most impactful opportunities by solving real customer problems that have a positive impact on the business. You will be mostly responsible for:Designing an actionable strategy and vision for your squad.Leading your squad to understand our customers' jobs and identify the main pain points that prevent them from achieving success by creating and delivering delightful experiences.Collaborating with other tribe and squad members, as well as internal teams, to take our product to the next level while meeting company and product objectives.Helping drive the product strategy and roadmap as well as prioritising, monitoring, and measuring the outcomes of what your squad builds.Defining requirements, participating in discovery, overseeing delivery, and owning the success metrics of all your product initiatives.About youYou have at least 4 years of experience as a Product Manager with SaaS products. You are looking to have a direct and massive impact on our user experience. You are passionate about your job and product culture in general, a team player who understands that we fail and win as a team. You can thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting to any situation with a smile. You are user-focused, with your main concern being to bring the best experience to your users. You have a "get things done" mindset, are highly organised, able to make thoughtful but quick decisions, and apply them efficiently. You possess great communication skills in English, both written and oral, and can communicate and collaborate efficiently with your team, other product teams, and all relevant stakeholders.Nice to have:Independent: You don't need hand-holding to get things done but know when to ask for help.
