Location: Sant Cugat del Vallés, CT, ES Work Arrangement: Hybrid Markem-Imaje and Blue Bite work together to provide exciting and innovative SaaS software solutions for global brands to digitally connect their physical products, enabling intelligent product identification, transparent product supply chains, and engaging consumer experiences.
We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic SaaS Marketing Manager that can take the lead on our demand and lead generation activities across retail, CPG, etc., working closely with Business Development and regional sales teams, engaging with customers.
As a SaaS Marketing Manager, you will join the Global Marketing and Communications team in Barcelona and be the strategic leader behind our go-to-market initiatives for both our consumer experience and industrial software solutions.
You will be a hands-on leader, actively contributing, developing, and executing data-driven marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and, ultimately, revenue growth.
What you will do:Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.Demand Generation: Oversee and optimize all lead generation activities (content marketing, SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, etc.)
to fill the pipeline with high-quality leads.Brand Management: Drive brand awareness by spearheading the companies' identity and messaging across all marketing channels.Content Marketing: Lead the creation of high-quality, lead-generating content (blog posts, white papers, case studies, etc.)
that educates, engages, and converts prospects.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely across Marketing, Sales, Product, Customer Success, etc., to ensure alignment and achieve overall business goals.Industry Engagement: Organize and attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company.Market Research: Conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities and challenges.Performance Tracking: Track key marketing metrics and KPIs (e.g., website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, etc.)
