The Role We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior HR Generalist with a strong background in HR functions, to join our dynamic People&Culture team and contribute to supporting our diverse workforce, ensuring an exceptional employee experience, and driving HR strategies aligned with business objectives. What your day-to-day will look like Be responsible with a hands-on approach for all People&Culture operations (payroll, labor law compliance, health & safety, employee records, contracts, documents, etc.) and act as the main point of contact with our partners (labor agency, benefit companies, health & risk prevention company, etc.)Provide guidance and support to employees and managers including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning, and contribute to developing and implementing People&Culture procedures and best practices.Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.Provide HR insights and recommendations to support business strategy and drive performance.Support organizational change initiatives by communicating effectively with employees and stakeholders.Participate in key decision-making processes, ensuring People&Culture considerations are integrated into business strategies.Support the People&Culture team in any other projects you might be needed in (events, communication, change management, research and implementation of initiatives, etc.).
