You will be at the forefront of the entire recruitment process, performing a role that encompasses everything from initial contact to onboarding. Your responsibilities include sourcing, attracting, managing stakeholders and hiring top-notch candidates, as well as attending networking events and crafting both competency and cultural fit assessments.Beyond these tasks, you'll play a pivotal role in developing employer branding initiatives and conducting market research, all integral to the sustainable and successful growth of Fast Track. We place immense importance on the candidate experience, as it is crucial in engaging truly committed talent who are eager to explore and realise their potential within the dynamic environment of Fast Track.Being part of the broader HR team, this role also serves as an internal and cultural ambassador of Fast Track, protecting and demonstrating our ways of being and doing.As a Recruiter based in our Barcelona office at Fast Track you will:Work closely with the Group Talent Partner Manager to determine the different department's recruitment needs/ statuses and support recruitment discussions.Be the main point of contact for your Hiring Managers and internal stakeholders.Overseeing the recruitment process, guiding hiring managers on best practices, and ensuring smooth progress while keeping all parties informed.Headhunt and engage with candidates on Linkedin or other sourcing platforms.Screen CVs and screen candidates via Phone and video, as well as write fruitful evaluations for candidates.Recruit for different roles across departments and locations.Report on the progress or flag issues related to their roles or projects.Take part in Role Discovery meetings to verify the need to increase a team's headcount.Support the HR Team and play an integral role in collecting and showcasing external salary benchmarking data and presenting it to the business.Innovate, manage, maintain and improve our ATS workflow.Assist in the writing, proofreading, and publishing of Job Descriptions on all platforms including our Website, social media platforms and Job boards.Take part in Hiring activities which will lead to great candidate experiences and improved brand visibility externally.Maintain contact with candidates throughout the process and give timely feedback to candidates
