Your responsibilities and impact as a Senior HR and Payroll Specialist: Work as part of the payroll team Report to the Senior Payroll specialists in France Scalable scope of 1,500 to 2,000 payrolls Responsible for the entire payroll process, from collection of variable data to the social declarations as well as the administrative aspects of social management from the employee's entry and exit Keep a regulatory and legal watch on payroll Prepare and draw up monthly payrolls Check advance payments and variable elements Check payrolls in compliance with legislation Check internal payroll processes in coordination with operational, accounting, HR and management managers Control internal payroll processes in coordination with operational, accounting, HR and management managers Provide advice and assistance to answer questions from employees Assist, where necessary, with the correction of anomalies in declarations.
Skills, experience and interests you need to succeed in this role: You speak French and English fluently You have a degree in Payroll/Accounting You have at least 4 years of experience in payroll management or in a similar role (in an agency or company) You are familiar with the basics of employment law and have a good command of payroll techniques You are familiar with ADP Decidium software and have a very good command of IT and digital tools.
