.Headquartered in the vibrant city of Barcelona since 2013, Immfly strives to revolutionize the airline industry through cutting-edge digital solutions.With a strategic global presence and offices across Europe, Asia, and North & South America, our scalable and customizable offerings encompass In-Flight Entertainment, Connectivity, and Onboard Retail.We reach millions of passengers across hundreds of destinations, making every flight one to remember.The RoleWe are looking for a Security Manager directly reporting to the CTO and working closely with all the different areas of Immfly.You will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our company's platforms and play a key role in developing and implementing security policies, procedures, and best practices to safeguard our systems and data.What your day-to-day will look likeBe responsible for all our systems and platforms' security.Implement and maintain security measures for networks, servers, and operating systems across data centers, cloud providers, and airplane-based systems.Monitor infrastructure for security threats and vulnerabilities, and respond promptly to incidents.Configure and manage firewalls, intrusion detection systems (IDS), and intrusion prevention systems (IPS).Manage access control and identity management, including user authentication and authorization.Conduct security assessments, penetration testing, security audits, and vulnerability scanning to identify and mitigate risks.Develop and maintain incident response plans and procedures, and coordinate response efforts during security incidents.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into the software development lifecycle (DevSecOps).Ensure compliance with security standards, regulations, and industry best practices.Provide security training and awareness programs for employees and stakeholders.Share and summarize Immfly's security practices with external partners and clients; where relevant, the Security Manager can represent Immfly as the Security Domain Expert.Requirements :TechnicallyBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.7+ years working with, supporting, and operating software as a service platform.At least 5 years of experience leading security configuration, monitoring, and mitigation.At least 5 years of working with AWS, Networking, VPNs, Containerization Services, Relational DBs, and Certificates.Excellent communication skills, fluent in English and Spanish (oral/written).Strong knowledge of Linux OS setup, patching, and maintenance skills.Solid understanding of networking.PersonallyStrong interpersonal skills, including executive presence, leadership, and communication skills.Experienced in fostering effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders while championing security best practices, adeptly influencing cross-functional teams to embrace necessary changes with persuasive advocacy and diplomacy
