The OpportunityCarolina Herrera is looking for a Operational Makeup Marketing Manager to develop and implement the marketing strategy of the brand around the world, ensuring perspectives of growth through a brand construction strategy.What you'll get to doContribute to Marketing Plan elaboration- Have in-depth knowledge of brand performance in key markets to provide starting discussion point with the brand GPMs and MD and assess brand needs- Follow monthly brand wholesale performance for key markets- Provide feedback & challenge the brand and markets for the next year Marketing Plan- Concerning unsatisfied Market needs- Concerning potential "gaps" between Marketing Plan and Net Revenues objectives- Help Brand to gather specific market analysis or feedback on specific business issues, in order to contribute to resolve marketing plan key decisions (on Promo, PoS, Gwps, coffrets, etc)Manage the worldwide brand animation- Gather local marketing plans for all key markets to have general view of the brand's activities- Support Local teams in the elaboration & implementation of the local promotional plans & launch strategies.- Manage the local requests and assure rest of brand's team collaboration/validation when required- Insure the global coherency for all the elements of a 360 strategy (In-store, Digital, PR) in partnership with internal and external collaboratorsCommunication and Coordination- Send Brand communications to Markets about Marketing plans or Launch plans updates- Guarantee OMD alignment and knowledge exchange by providing them relevant brand information.
