What We're Looking For We're looking for a highly driven Toll Collection Consultant with an analytical and curious mind together with a strong work ethic: Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences.
+ 2 years of experience implementing or maintaining back-office systems based on SAP BRIM in highways' Toll Collection operations.
Good understanding of Customer Service, Billing, and Payment Collection processes applied to Toll Collection.
Experience in planning and managing teams.
Fluent in English.
