Adecco's Human Resources department is currently seeking a qualified professional to fill the position of German-Speaking Sales Representative . We are looking for a native German speaker with a commercial mindset and, ideally, experience in technical sectors. Key Responsibilities: Drive sales and actively seek new clients. Manage existing client relationships and contribute to business growth. Participate in regular business trips to Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (approximately once every 1-2 months). Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services, with a focus on technical sectors. Requirements: Languages: Native German : This is a must. You should be fluent in German, with excellent communication skills. Fluent English : Essential for communicating with international clients and partners. Experience and Knowledge: Ideally, you will have experience or technical knowledge in automotive , mechanical engineering , or engineering sectors. Previous experience in sales is a plus, but strong motivation to take on the commercial role is just as important. Personal Attributes: Results-oriented and driven to find and secure new clients. Organized and methodical, with the ability to effectively manage a client portfolio. Positive, proactive attitude, always striving for growth and new challenges. Willingness to travel, with trips to Germany, Austria, and Switzerland once every 1-2 months. Location: Preferred : Candidates residing in Catalonia , ideally in the Girona area . If not, candidates from other locations will also be considered, although proximity to the office is preferable for ease of travel. Office Attendance: If based in Girona or nearby : Hybrid work model (mostly in-office). If based in Barcelona : Minimum office attendance once a week for the first three months, after which it can be reduced to twice a month. Compensation and Benefits: Base Salary: For candidates with prior sales experience: €30,000 gross/year . For candidates without experience: €25,000 gross/year , with an increase to €30,000 after the first year. Bonuses and Commissions: New clients: 5% of the total payment received from the client. Existing clients: 2% of the revenue growth compared to the previous year or the most recent recorded billing. Work Mode: Hybrid work model with a higher in-office presence for candidates located near Girona. Key Competencies: Strong commercial proactivity and customer orientation .
