Independent Advertising Agency Seeks to Hire an Account Supervisor to Manage Strategic Projects and Lead Relationships with Key Client.The primary objective of the role is to ensure impeccable account management, driving client success through effective coordination, strategic planning, and execution of creative campaigns.Key Responsibilities:Manage and oversee key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.Plan and coordinate advertising campaigns, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.Act as the main liaison between the client and internal creative and production teams.Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and propose innovative strategies.Oversee the implementation of campaigns, monitor progress, and present results.Participate in strategic meetings with clients, providing expert advice and building trustful relationships.Prepare clear and precise briefings for internal teams, ensuring client expectations align with deliverables.Required Profile:Native English speaker or C2 level (essential).Background in Advertising, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.Minimum of 6 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in advertising agencies.Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.Organized, solution-oriented, and results-driven profile, with the ability to work in a team.Residence in Barcelona (for hybrid model) or in Edinburgh, Glasgow, or surrounding areas (for 100% remote work).We Offer:Competitive salary.Flexible working model: Barcelona or 100% remote from the UK.Permanent contract.Opportunity for professional growth within a dynamic and creative environment.
