What will be your responsibilities? Sales Support: Managing the correspondence between the sales team and their clients Providing troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses, and relevant problems Order booking validation tasks: Ensuring order details match T&C, and validating all information (DOA, etc.) Checking billing method, credit status, and limit Sales process optimization: identifying and fixing inefficiencies in regular procedures to improve efficiency Contributing to the achievement of overall sales goals and business objectives by providing valuable support and insights to the sales team Keeping track of sales targets Providing data and guides to help the sales team Developing and monitoring key performance indicators Managing sales tracking tools and reporting on important information Suggesting sales process improvements and automating where possible Keeping record of sales trends and staying informed about competitor activities and market dynamics to identify opportunities and threats that may impact sales performance Other ad-hoc support tasks and exercises as per business requirements Teamwork and Interpersonal Skills: Collaborating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders across different departments to ensure alignment and cohesion in sales activities Communicating openly and professionally with colleagues, sharing insights, best practices, and feedback to foster a supportive and collaborative work environment Demonstrating strong interpersonal skills in interactions with colleagues to build trust and rapport What profile do we need?
