From Luxe Talent, an International Recruitment and Training Consultancy specialised in Fashion, Luxury, Retail, and FMCG, we are looking for an HR Specialist to join a Fashion Brand based in Madrid.Main Responsibilities:Preparation of monthly payroll input data (cooperation with an external payroll provider).Payroll check and validation.Participation in financial audit, holiday accruals calculation, reconciling blackline accounts.Management of HR Admin tasks (Workday management, presence system checking, meal vouchers commands, medical and life insurance management, etc.).Support for Office Services duties; new joiners equipment (laptop, company accounts, mobile phone, car, etc.); ordering office supplies; receiving mail and parcels; communications with providers; miscellaneous administrative tasks.UCAGECI Management and control.Workplace risk prevention and control.Minimum Requirements:5 years' experience in a similar role with outsourced payroll management.Working knowledge of Spanish Labor Law.Salary offered: 33-35K base.At Luxe Talent, we want to help you achieve your goals, which is why we offer you the most interesting job opportunities in the Fashion, Retail, Luxury, and FMCG market.
