We are looking for a Sales Support Coordinator based in Barcelona.

As a member of the Business Process Support team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day processing of business administration for Liquid Bulk (LB) / CryoEase and Generated Gases (G3) within the European Merchant organization. You will provide first line administrative support for the commercial teams across multiple regions liaising with individual members.

As Sales Support Coordinator, you will: Support all activities associated with LB/CryoEase and G3 business processes including but not limited to the European Customer Workbook. Provide support for pricing programs, as needed. Ensure the maintenance and quality of SAP and Sales Force Automation data through process integrity. Continue developing relationships with other AP Business areas impacting LB and G3. Identify process optimization and continuous improvement. Provide first point of contact for individuals in the LB, CRYOEASE and G3 commercial teams. Liaise and have close coordination with business functional leadership. Have direct daily contact and support for individuals in the commercial organizations. What we are looking for: Excellent English. Other European language(s) with preference for Czech/Slovak. Experience supporting sales or in customer service. Excellent team player with initiative and ability to work alone. Capable of building strong relationships with all other internal and external stakeholders and being able to communicate at various levels of the commercial organization including higher management. Pro-active approach to work and sense of ownership and responsibility. Detail oriented. Basic understanding of P&L (Profit & Loss). PC literate - MS Office. SAP for data handling and reporting is beneficial. Ability to work to global work procedures. Ability to work under pressure and meet agreed service levels.
