Overview The Global Supply Team is looking for a highly motivated Sales Strategy & Operations Analyst to partner with our Commercial Teams across the world in mission-critical Sales Strategy & Operations activities including Target Setting, Achievements & Segmentation processes.
You will join a very international team (USA, Chile, China, France, Germany, India, Italy, Japan, Korea, Mexico, and Singapore represented!)
that is passionate about using data, insights & trusted partnerships to enable our colleagues from all over the world to exceed their business objectives.
What you'll do: Partner with Commercial Teams across the world in mission-critical Sales Strategy & Operations activities including: Quarterly Target Setting, Achievements, Segmentation & Territory Management processes.
Centralize Target Letters administration (100+ people who need to receive and sign target letters each quarter) using custom-built tool (Docflow).
Monitor, propose and execute Business Process Improvements: measure effectiveness, identify bottlenecks, propose optimizations and execute change management.
Ensure high data quality and provide data-driven insights to Senior Executives on Sales Compensation, Incentives, etc.
Build strong cross-functional partnerships with Senior Executives, Sales Ops, HR, FP&A;, Legal & Analytics across the world.
Grow to become a Strategic Business Partner & Trusted Advisor to Senior Executives; Develop key foundational skills across Sales Strategy, Enablement, Operations & Analytics.

Excellent speaking and writing in English (all communications & meetings are in English).
Advanced Excel skills to manipulate large volumes of data.
Great organizational and project management skills; Able to manage several cross-functional work streams/projects at once.
Excellent communication and customer success skills; Able to build trusted partnerships with cross-functional teams including: Senior Executives, Sales Ops, HR, FP&A;, Legal & Analytics.
Able to handle highly sensitive & confidential information; Strong work ethic & detail-oriented.
Not afraid to go outside your comfort zone, have a great sense of team spirit, open-minded to challenge the status quo and thrive in rapidly changing business environments whilst inspiring excellence from yourself and business partners.
Bonus: Background in Management Consulting, Data Analytics, Sales Operations and/or Finance with increasing responsibilities.
Experience in Compensation/Incentives.
Experience using Tableau, Salesforce and/or Anaplan.
Good understanding of Internet advertising technologies (cookies, DSP, SSP, RTB, Header Bidding etc.).
