Job DescriptionPrimary Job Responsibilities Make sales calls and other activities in order to achieve sales targets in the assigned area.Maintain & build relationships with (new) customers.Ensure all sales activities are in accordance with company policies and procedures and applicable laws.Plan & attend meetings.Under the direction of the Country Manager, develop sales activity plans to optimize sales performance and achieve sales targets.Assist with dental surgery procedures in the use of the company's products with customers and dentists within the assigned area, providing guidance in dental drilling sequences and surgery area setup.Ensure collection of outstanding Accounts Receivables from customers in conjunction with Corporate staff.Cultivate new & expanded sales prospects and customer opportunities to achieve sales growth of the company's products.Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of new products.Qualifications Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position in the dental/medical devices industry.Dental implants experience/knowledge minimum 2 years.Proven track record in sales.Self-starter & motivator with an intrinsic understanding of hard work.Ability to communicate effectively with dental & medical professionals.Strong analytical & negotiation skills.Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English, both written & verbal.The new Sales Representative should have good knowledge & experience in the dental industry with a proven track record in sales. A commercial thinker with the ability to build & maintain good interpersonal relations and a 'hands-on' mentality.
