Sales Representative Zona Norte (Zamora y Salamanca)Main PurposeMeet annual sales plan encompassing crop protection, seeds and Field View in the established work zone and by local customers.Establish qualitative and quantitative targets in line with marketing and commercial strategy.Key Tasks & ResponsibilitiesEstablish and meet sales plan by customer in line with the budget defined for work zone, integrating Crop Protection, seeds business and Field View Business.Search for business opportunities adapting to changes in the market structure.Update monthly sales planning in agreement with the official calendar.Establish and motivate a distribution network that supports an efficient, solvent and sustainable implementation of BCS.Implement the commercial policy and give support to marketing and technical initiatives.Collaborate with marketing team in the implementation of commercial excellence and go-to-market initiatives.Actively support demonstrative showcases programs for the development of BCS products and solutions.Promote BCS portfolio at farmer and 2nd channel level developing pull effects through the different loyalty platforms.Active participation in the Iberia Crop teams assigned.Know the market and its tendency to promote strategic products.Properly manage the resources made available to them.And all other tasks that are necessary for the company.Qualifications & CompetenciesDegree in agronomy or similar.Knowledge of the market and competitors.Ability to negotiate, manage and resolve conflicts in meetings.Sales and marketing experience of at least two years.Adapted to the new digital transformations.Knowledge of English.Ability to work as a team.Computer skills at user level.Application Period:- 15 díasReference Code:- 674881Division:- Crop ScienceLocation:- Spain: Comunidad de Madrid: MadridFunctional Area:- Commercial & SalesPosition Grade:- unknownEmployment Type:- RegularWork Time:- Regular#J-18808-Ljbffr
