Duties and Responsibilities: • Drive and build sales pipeline and generate fully qualified sales opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting into target organizations.
• Work in cross-collaboration with KAM and Account Manager to activate the Prosumer Business in the channels.
• Build sales pipeline through qualifying inbound leads gained from events, downloads, trials, and webinars.
• Gather sales intelligence around customers' situations, needs, issues, and decision processes.
• Ensure quality data on prospects is updated and maintained within BFO (SalesForce).
• Provide commercial & technical support and take care of the customer's performance.
• Conduct product demonstrations for customers.
• Become fully immersed with Schneider Electric's products and their value add to customers in order to leverage our position against competitors.
Experience Level: Minimum 3 years of related experience.Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and main partners.Strong analytical skills to drive the adoption of our market-leading products.Ability to think strategically to adjust the correct approach depending on each customer's unique needs.Results-oriented and proficient in negotiation.Empathy and active listening skills.Strong teamwork skills.Good level of English proficiency.
