Sales Representative Madrid

FUNCTIONSIn this role, based in Madrid, you will report to the Spain Sales Director and you will manage the region of Madrid and Occidental Andalucia.You will be focused on maximising the sales results with the current portfolio of clients (increasing volumes, prices, range, etc.) but also develop new clients/markets.ResponsibilitiesManage and develop the current client portfolioIncrease sales, contribution margin, SKUs, product ranges and share of wallet of the current clientsCapture new clientsAct as partner of choice with customers, supporting them to identify solutions to their needs through our self-adhesive solutionsBuild long term broad relationships with accountsPivot inside the organization to provide distinctive service level to our clientsContribute to deploy the commercial strategy to maximize short and medium-term results, tailoring it to the local marketRequisitesProven track record of driving sales and margin contribution in customer accountsDemonstrated track record of working in a structured environment with rigorous commercial excellence processes (margin monitoring, CRM, etc.)Commercial attitude and strong customer orientationDemonstrated strong analytical skills, with ability to develop different insights on the market/businessPrevious experience in B2B sectors giving service to our end consumers (wine industry, cosmetic industry, household and personal care industry & food industry)Previous experience in self-adhesives labels, packaging industry, printing industry or any other sector giving service to printers (inks, printers) would be a real plus.High energy, teamworking approach & excellent communication and people skillsProficient in Spanish, and English both spoken and written#J-18808-Ljbffr
