We are currently seeking a Sales & Customer Data Scientist for our new Sales & Marketing Insights & Analytics team. You will be working for the Nordic Baltic Zone and based in our office in Barcelona, Spain.
In this role, you will be responsible for interpreting data and turning it into insights to provide our commercial organization with in-depth analytics and actionable recommendations to drive our commercial performance forward.
What will you do? You will work in a newly established team of five Marketing Business Analysts collaborating with Marketeers, Channel Managers, Offer Managers, Business Developers, and other colleagues both locally and globally. You will support business decision-making processes by providing insightful analysis and financial evaluations.
Responsibilities include: Business Interpretation Acting as a critical link between the data delivered by the technical teams and the data consumed by the business to support data-driven decisions.Data Analysis Gathering and structuring information from various sources.Making recommendations about methods to improve data quality and efficiency.Identifying patterns and trends in data sets and analyzing results.Result Analysis Working with teams to establish business needs.Collecting and interpreting data to improve commercial processes.Reporting results to relevant members of the business.Designing data for dashboards serving business needs.What qualifications will make you successful for this role? Several years of experience in multinational and multicultural work environments using data science techniques.A dynamic individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.A relevant degree such as a Master's in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Data Science or equivalent.Effective communicator capable of interacting with various stakeholders.Fluent in English and preferably in one or more Nordic languages.As a Data Analyst, you should be experienced in: Project management.Data models and reporting packages.Collecting and analyzing large datasets.Creating data visualizations and reports.Collaborating with cross-functional teams.Maintaining data accuracy and integrity.Staying up-to-date with industry trends.Understanding partner relationship dynamics.Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and analytics.While also having: Attention to detail.A positive attitude towards challenges.The ability to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently.Strong verbal and written communication skills.An analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving.Effective teamwork and collaboration skills.Our benefits: To help you stay energized, engaged, and inspired, we offer a wide range of benefits.
