We are looking to create our Sales Operations team.You will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by providing data-driven insights, optimizing processes, and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.In line with our values, at Samara we firmly believe that the climate crisis is the biggest challenge facing our generation. Housing, in particular, is one of the main sources of carbon emissions in developed countries. We are optimistic by nature and think it is possible to do things differently: one that combines electrification, distributed generation, energy storage, and software that enables more efficient energy management.As you can see, we have a lot of work ahead of us, are you in?What are you going to do?You will be the first member of our Sales Operations team. These will be some of your duties:Own and ensure the integrity of CRM sales data, providing actionable insights through regular reporting and analysis to enhance team performance and sales velocity.Develop and maintain sales forecasting models to support business planning and decision-making.Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate key sales metrics and insights to stakeholders.Partner with the sales team to optimize sales processes and workflows, including lead management and pipeline management.Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives, such as pricing optimization, market segmentation, and customer segmentation.Collaborate with finance, growth/marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment and consistency in business strategies and goals.Assist in the implementation and adoption of sales enablement tools and technologies.Provide training and support to sales representatives on systems, processes, and best practices.Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales initiatives and recommend adjustments as needed.Help build a single company-wide culture as we redefine the energy industry for good.What do you need??Experience: Proficient in CRM software (Hubspot knowledge is a plus) and reporting/data analysis (SQL knowledge is a plus). Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.Organization: Organization and attention to detail is a must. Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver to a high standard
