Multinational wants to recruit a Sales Engineer for Service Marine market in the Marine Division. He/she will be responsible for developing this business and selling services (service agreements) to our Customers (Shipowners, Repair Shipyards and Power Plants), with special focus on key Accounts, in the Marine & Diesel Industry, both for Spain and Portugal.This responsibility requires a high level of coordination with the rest of the members of Marine Division and high availability to travel in Spain and Portugal.Your main responsibilities will be:Analyze and understand market insights and the customers buying behavior and make business plans according to the business division strategy and targets.Look for and manage leads from the market and customers and convert them into real business opportunities to ensure the pipeline.Be active in the market and focus on making visits, meetings and interactions with customers, with a multichannel perspective, focusing on understanding customer needs and highlighting the value of our products and services.Who you are:A dynamic and proactive person, who really likes to generate outstanding customer experiences through a value selling based on customer needs.A challenging person with good customer needs understanding, focused not only on selling services but also on creating value in the customer process.A person with good communication skills, energy, passion, drive, and a team player.Focused on driving business results.Job requirements:Strong and solid commercial orientation with at least 5 years' experience in technical sales in the Marine Market.Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese will be niceto have.Resident in the Madrid area.Availability to travel in Spain & Portugal.What we offer:Work in a people-oriented team with dynamic and inspiring colleagues and leaders.Development and growth opportunities including courses and certifications.Attractive salary and benefits package (life insurance, access to Wonest platform services, lunch allowance, etc.).Flexible working hours, you can start between 8 and 9:30 am and on Friday from 8 to 14 am."Summer work schedule" in August from 8 to 14.30 from Monday to Thursday and on Friday from 8 to 14 am.Hybrid work with some days of smart working.Employee volunteering opportunities and interesting CSR projects.#J-18808-Ljbffr
