To find out more visit www.Lenovo.Com.Description and RequirementsLenovo Motorola is looking for a Carrier Channel Sales Representative for Motorola Iberia and you will report to the General Manager of Motorola Iberia.Responsibilities:The management and execution of Lenovo smartphone sell out plans in the Telco channel to achieve the set targets and KPIs and the design and implementation of demand generation activities for Lenovo.Develop new business relationships with Telco distributors to maximize Lenovo sales.Maximize Lenovo opportunities in Telco Direct Channels.Drive all activities related to retail, store roll-out, sales & marketing planning and training together with Lenovo marketing team.End-to-end sales management for Telco channel: Sell Through and Sell Out.End-to-end inventory management and forecasting for distribution channel.Constantly report on a weekly basis and with a structured analysis of the trend of Telco market, key facts and main issues from customers, and main actions from Competition.Other relevant activities/projects management may be required.What you'll bring / Position Requirements:Experience in managing relationships with Telco Operators and distribution channels; 4+ years experience in the Mobile/Smartphone related role.Work experience with multi-national organizations in the Consumer Products / Mobile handset sectors would be preferred.Strong relationship builder with the ability to influence and manage internal and external stakeholders.Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship selling skills; Highly organized self-starter.Proven overachiever - past track record of individual contributor sales success.Good communication skills both verbal and written in English and Spanish.Ability to motivate direct and indirect resources.Work experience with another Vendor and/or Operator is considered a plus
