Short Intro and About the Job The role of Sales and Marketing Team Assistant is reporting to the Zone Director.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Supporting the Sales & Marketing teams:Compiling PowerPoint presentations and supporting with some consolidation of information/presentations.Generating POs and new providers.Building up and maintaining reporting files.Consolidation of information (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).Arranging for shipments of materials to customers.Conducting specific consumer analysis/research.Preparing and presenting presentations/analysis internally and with customers.Providing operational support in managing specific customers: Orders/Forecast/Payments.Preparing marketing newsletters to distributors.Events organization and other administrative tasks:Planning and organizing meetings and seminars.Managing travel expenses and preparing expense reports.Ordering business cards, office supplies, conference call accounts, MS Teams accounts, etc.Handling diverse administrative tasks.Providing high quality support to the Zone Director:Managing the agenda.Planning global visits (flights, taxis, agenda, visas).Organizing meetings (including webcasts, conference calls, and Teams meetings) and managing all the logistics involved.About You 2-3 years of experience working in a multinational/international environment in Sales and Marketing (including internships).
Experience in an Assistant role before – ideally with General Managers/Director Roles.
Nice to have: Experience in travel agencies/events organization.
Language: Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
Systems: Excellent working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, PO processes, and systems.
Cross-functional: Well organized, autonomous, pragmatic, fast learner on-the-job, flexible/adaptable, results-oriented, with a positive and constructive spirit.
Ability: To manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively (including proactiveness and anticipation).
Results and excellence-oriented in execution (Doer).
Good interpersonal skills and organizational ability with excellent communication and relationship skills to communicate effectively at all levels with both internal and external contacts.

Internal contacts: EVI Leadership Team, EVI Line Managers, Other Evian Business zones (Middle East, Asia-Pacific, China, Japan), Danone Iberia team.
External contacts: Assistants of the different zones/Functions, HR, Finance team - Local & regional, EVAI Vendors – Events/Travel agency, Distributors.
