DESCRIPTION:- IRP Systems is developing the next generation of electric powertrain systems that will change the electric vehicles market. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Account Manager to join our growing team. As Account Manager, you will work closely with leading OEMs,
Tier 1s and micro-mobility manufacturers worldwide to increase IRP's global footprint.
YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
Identify new sales opportunities and develop new prospect leads.Identify prospects' needs and address them with the most suitable solutions.Manage the sales cycle and collaborate with marketing and R&D teams to ensure a successful and on-time process.Build and maintain strong client relationships with our customers and prospects.Possess in-depth product knowledge, offering and value proposition.Conduct demos and presentations to our prospects and customers.Work closely with IRP's sales representatives around the world.SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ years of experience in sales/account management - a must.Proven track record in successful B2B sales of complex HW & SW systems - a must.Proven experience in sales for the global automotive industry - advantage.Technical understanding, preferably in electronics and automotive-related technologies.Relevant bachelor's degree. B.Sc degree - advantage.Proactive, results-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.Self-motivated, hard-working, and able to work independently with a strong sales drive.Fast learner, good interpersonal, and presentation skills.Willingness to travel frequently (up to 40%).
