Act as the chief of staff to the Area Lead, reporting to the Geographic Sales Ops Leader.Essential FunctionsManages and works to improve workflows for specific Sales Operations team.Assigns work equitably in the team.Hires as required according to HC allocations.Provides development and career growth opportunities as per team's needs.Streamline experience - Build and maintain a seamless, end-to-end journey from onboarding to adoption.
Set new team members up for success and provide continuous opportunities to expand knowledge and build community.Coordinates sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes for Area.
Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the planning efforts.
As needed, coordinates planning activities with other functions and stakeholders within the area.Own Support Area Fiscal Year Transition activities: Wallet, Segmentation, Account Assignment, Coverage Planning workshops, Goaling discussion, GARD, Restatement, Goal Sheets.Performance Management - Conduct QBR, MBR, sales performance analysis, Win Loss Report.Partner with cross-functional teams within area to support deals.InteractionWork effectively with Sales and Technical leaders, collaborate with x Area and Geo Sales Ops teams.
Limited management direction is provided to employee on new projects or assignments as well as review of activities and priorities.
A limited amount of travel for face-to-face meetings may be required.Job RequirementsStrong oral and written communication skills.- Operating model development- Process improvement and design- Business analytics and insights- Chief of staff / business operations/cadence managementEducation and ExperienceA minimum degree level of education in a related or financial discipline.
A minimum of 10+ years of experience is preferred.
Demonstrated ability on key components of the role.
