Job PurposeTo lead a team & develop concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations.Key Performance IndicatorsThe primary indicator will be:- Proven team leadership- Proof of creativity, up-to-date knowledge of design trends and visual cultureSecondary indicators will include:- Accuracy of completion of duties- Clear, concise communications internally and externally.Job Duties- Lead a team of designers in the creation of design concepts and to follow-up all required developments in order to meet the client's expectations.- Prompt creation of production artwork ready for manufacturing in accurate industry standards and format.- The creation of all on-brands product and credential presentations for client's meetings.- The design of publicity literature, catalogues (with the possibility of a periodic newsletter on request).- Graphics assistance in any other area i.E., internal design assets and marketing materials.Skills and Experience- A minimum of 2 years' experience of product development and design for international brands would be preferred.- Creative with a good sense of design trends and visual culture.- Fluent in English.- Experience working with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe In Design and MS Office.- Experience with 3D rendering.Our organization is dedicated to fostering a workplace environment that values diversity and inclusion.
