We would love you to be an experienced product professional with a creative spirit, eager to build and improve our online SaaS platforms.As a Senior Product Manager, you will work alongside other team members, designing and defining Shipstation's products and services from a business-driven and hands-on perspective. You will promote product initiatives through the entire lifecycle, from problem identification to researching the best solution, as well as the planning, development, testing, and launch.You will be a unifying force behind Shipstation's product strategy and execution, combining feedback from sales, marketing, development, customers, and prospects to lead the execution of new features and functions.What we're looking for:At least 3 years of experience in digital products.Fluent in English (your work will be mainly in English, working with UK and US).The ability to create your own product strategy and lead its implementation.You work thinking about the benefits for the user. At Auctane, we follow the working backwards methodology to ensure that we only launch initiatives that benefit our clients.Strong interest in product management and overall knowledge of digital products.Be able to create business cases and impact analysis.You are able to work with engineering teams and can understand the trade-offs of technology to prioritize maintenance tasks, technical debt, etc.You know the product in depth and understand the use cases, are able to perform a demo and see the value in it and the room for improvement.Mindset data-driven, you should be able to present data to show why you are doing something and what you are aiming to improve.Run experiments; you will need to validate hypotheses by running tests, analyze the results, and present them to the team and stakeholders.Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and proactive attitude. Capacity of expressing yourself clearly in written narrative, for redacting PRFAQs.Stakeholder Management: You can motivate your teammates to build amazing products together.You're great at making tough decisions in a sea of ambiguity and keeping everyone on track.If you are passionate about using technology to solve business problems, enjoy helping customers, and have excellent communication skills, then we want you to join us.
