Currently we are looking for you to join Amplifon at the Spanish Office as Store Operations Performance Specialist that will report to the Store Operations Manager. Mission: Create a comprehensive store operations' reporting toolkit to lead the generation of insights and focus the organization on key priorities to empower effective decision making at all levels of the organization.
Key responsibilities:
Leverage existing platforms to automate and structure reporting to meet the information needs of stakeholders at different levels of the organization.Collaborate with Global and Local teams to introduce best practices that can standardize, automate, and evolve the existing reporting.Lead insight generation, identifying opportunities that can improve the performance of the support ecosystem.Sponsor actions to evolve existing reporting, designing new ways to measure, analyze and visualize store operations impacts on day-to-day stores' productivity.Your profile:
University degree required (Business administration, Management engineering).Experience (at least 3/4 years) in dynamic and customer-oriented environments.Knowledge of process improvement and performance monitoring.Experience working with data and analytics.Attitude for KPI monitoring.Ability to work in cross-functional and international teams.Excellent verbal (and written) communication skills are essential.The hearing health landscape is changing rapidly; experience with change management is desired.Fluent in English.In Amplifon, global leader in the hearing care retail market, we empower people to rediscover all the emotions of sound.
