Retail Business Deveolpment Manager

Main Tasks and responsibilities:Leadership and strategic planning:Providing visionary leadership and strategic direction to the Retail team. They will develop and implement comprehensive business strategies that align with the company's overall objectives. By setting clear goals and targets, guiding the team towards success and ensure consistent execution of the company's vision.Sales and Revenue Growth: Achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth will be the key focus, as well as, analysing market trends, customer preferences, and competition to identify growth opportunities, implementing effective sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.Performance management:Monitoring and managing the performance of each retail location within their region, establishing performance metrics and KPIs, and providing guidance and support to Retail managers. Through regular performance reviews and feedback, the Regional Manager will identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions when necessary.Operational efficiency: The Regional Manager will work closely with Retail managers to ensure adherence to operational standards, policies, and procedures.Communication and collaboration:Effective communication and collaboration will play a vital role as the Regional Manager will act as a liaison between the corporate office and local teams, fostering a cohesive and motivated regional team, enabling the achievement of shared goals.Personal capabilities: Fluent in English and Spanish, proficiency in other languages (French, Italian, Portuguese) will be a plus.Business oriented: Strong focus on numbers and achieving results in both Revenue Stream and EBIT line (Incentive plan is directly related to the latest).Strong presence in Operations: Network Rationalization and Cost Optimization.Customer Centric Approach: Excellence in terms of customer experience and satisfactionAbility to work under pressure and targets consecution.Positive attitude and able to maintain a disciplined and organized approach.
