We have served +1000 patients in person in the last 2.5 years offering +200,000 hours of personalized hospitalization in the ideal place for both the patient and their family members.What are we looking for?We are seeking an experienced, tech product-driven individual with an innovative mindset and a service-oriented attitude. This role is motivated by the desire to help our patients and their families receive efficient, high-quality at-home care and hospitalization services enabled by technology. The ideal candidate is an all-in-one, hands-on person with 360-degree experience in product management, development, and delivery.What will be your tasks?Product Strategy: Define and refine the product vision, goals, and roadmap in line with company objectives.Product Ownership: Build and lead a high-performing product team, including hiring and mentoring staff, fostering innovation, and ensuring team success.Product Development: Manage the entire product development process from concept to launch. Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver high-quality products on time. Oversee roadmaps, prioritize features, and make strategic decisions.User Experience: Ensure a seamless and delightful user experience. Work with designers and UX researchers to understand user behavior, gather feedback, and iterate on design to address customer pain points.Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with executives, investors, and customers to gather feedback and communicate updates. Present roadmaps and manage expectations, building strong stakeholder relationships.Market and Competitive Analysis: Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Conduct market research and stay informed about industry developments to stay ahead.Product Marketing and Launch: Work with marketing to develop go-to-market strategies, positioning, messaging, and launch plans. Communicate product features and benefits to drive adoption and revenue growth.Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of constant improvement by soliciting feedback, conducting retrospectives, and enhancing processes for efficiency, quality, and innovation.Customer Advocacy: Champion customer interests by gathering feedback, conducting user research, and using insights to drive product improvements and address pain points.Our industry has a close relationship between regulatory and product responsibilities. For this, the Product Manager will take ownership of:Compliance Management: Ensuring the product and its development processes comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. This may involve understanding and adhering to data protection and privacy regulations, security standards, consumer protection laws, and any other applicable legal requirementsRisk Assessment and Mitigation: Identifying potential risks and assessing their impact on the product and the business. This includes evaluating clinical and operative risks as well as regulatory risks and developing strategies to mitigate them effectively. You would collaborate with operational, legal and compliance teams to understand and address any legal or compliance-related risks associated with the product.Requirements:What minimum requirements do you need to meet?5+ years of proven experience in tech product management, preferably in health tech or medical device industryProven track record of leading and delivering successful software products from concept to launch and leading software development teamsStrong understanding of health tech landscape, trends, and regulatory requirementsDemonstrated experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving collaboration across multiple departmentsPrevious experience and ability to work with C-level stakeholdersExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to translate complex technical concepts into clear and actionable product requirementsStrong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-makingPassion for innovation and improving healthcare outcomes through technologyExcellent written and spoken English & SpanishProduct Owner, Product Manager and Product Leader certifications will be highly valuedBachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Engineering or BusinessPrevious start up experience would be a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
