Reservations Specialist - (Madrid)

Main responsibilities: - Taking reservations accurately where necessary while keeping track of guest's preferences - Meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers - Handling special requests from guests - Anticipating the guests' needs Requisitos : - Proficiency in Spanish and Advanced in English - A minimum of two years of experience in reservations department. - Previous experience of working in a 5* Hotel environment. - Advanced competency level in Microsoft Excel and Word - Fully conversant with PMS, CRS, OTA´s and other reservations systems. - Ability to understand guest needs and expectations and to deliver superior customer service with little input from others. - Perform job with attention to detail, and the ability to organize and handle multiple tasks effectively. - Clear communicator; effective verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work variety of shifts including weekends.
